Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed daily.

Orders placed after 4:00pm will be processed the next day. Please note that it may take 1-2 business days to process the payment. COVID-19 may delay or impact delivery. Standard shipping may take 3-4 business days of receiving your order. All orders are shipped by United States Postal Service. A Signature is Required on all orders. Shipping fees are non refundable.

Return & Refund Policy

All Sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We thoroughly inspect every item before shipping to make sure there is no prior damages or defects. However should you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact us with in 2 days of delivery of your order via email at 4Scrubs@ShopFrontLineEssential.com with your order number, the item number and a photo(s) of the item which clearly displays the damage. Once we receive your email and assess the damage/defect, we will be in contact with you to determine the evaluate outcome of your order to make it right, will be happy to replace it for you. We do not cancel orders after being processed.
